1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from our team.
  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package and supplier requirements.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods provided by Shanmugapriya Tours & Travels.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, and any other travel-related requirements.
  • We are not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejections, or immigration-related issues.

4. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned under “Tour Inclusions.”
  • Additional expenses such as personal purchases, optional activities, travel insurance, visa fees, and meals not specified are not included.

5. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, operational requirements, government regulations, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided whenever possible.

6. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation charges will apply according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Written cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official communication channels.

7. Cancellation by Company

  • In rare circumstances, we may cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, force majeure events, natural disasters, political disturbances, or supplier issues.
  • In such cases, customers will be offered alternative arrangements or applicable refunds.

8. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, or trip interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Shanmugapriya Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and attraction providers.
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, service failures, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or events beyond our control.

10. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, weather conditions, civil unrest, or any circumstances beyond our control.

11. Customer Responsibility

  • Travelers are expected to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations at their destination.
  • Any damages caused by a traveler to property or third parties shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
